York Entrepreneurship Development Institute (YEDI) in partnership with an Israeli institution or organization operates a two-week intensive program aimed at helping entrepreneurs who seek to start a business, refine their business vision and create sustainable, investment-ready business plans in accordance with North American business practice. The program is designed to prepare entrepreneurs for hands-on application of theory in a North American context and complement the themes explored in lectures, while equipping participants with valuable strategy and skills. Each session deals with tools in one of the areas of “Inspiration, Ideation, and Implementation.” Workshops Include: Visioning & Environmental Scanning, Business Modelling and Operations & Budgeting.
